Here are the things that we talked about yesterday. We hope to see everyone at the next meeting(Oct. 14th @ 4pm)!
NAEA Chapter Meeting 9/30/2012
- FAEA
- COGS reimbursement money: fill out application, needs to be signed by Yolanda
- needs to be done this week: register, print out receipt, bring it with you for proof
- covers registration, food, gas and hotel: up to $100 if not presenting
- Registration ends 9/19
- Thursday-Sunday, Saturday is the biggest day for presenting
- Lizz and Dorothy are presenting on Thursday
- Michael, Lizz and Dorothy are presenting on Friday
- Jeff and his wife are presenting Saturday
- Hope Communities
- Orientation: everyone interested in volunteering needs to attend
- Tuesday from 5-6 pm, maybe October 16th or Wednesday the 17th
- Fundraising
- First Friday: waiting for a response to email/phone call
- Game day: face painting?
- Fun Times
- Want to get together just to get together?
- Chapter Dues
- $10 please pay Oct. 14th (next chapter meeting)
- If you are putting it in Sherika’s mailbox, please put in envelope
